Room with flagged floor, stone fireplace (wood burner) and oak
dining suite opening to; Kitchen with granite worktop, oak fronted
units, all electric appliances including dishwasher, microwave,
fridge / freezer. Rear Wing: 25 foot long Lounge with piano, stereo,
brick inglenook; Utility with large capacity washer
and drier, drinks fridge; Cloaks/WC.
First floor. Front: Three Bedrooms -
two twin, one double ensuite with bath / shower and WC; Family Bathroom
with bath/shower, WC. Rear Wing: Back stairs to massive Master Bedroom
and Ensuite (bath and separate shower, WC). Cot and mattress supplied.
All bedrooms are good sizes.
The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with prints and original
paintings, including local scenes. All rooms (including those with stoves
or open fires) have oil fired central heating. Mains water supply.
The front of the house faces south while the rear wing faces east/west.
Linen (except for cot), towels, oil, electricity and solid fuel are
included. The telephone accepts incoming calls. Outside there is planty
of parking space. An open barn houses a table tennis table and a barbecue
is also supplied. Dogs are admitted by arrangement. Occasional catering
can often be arranged
