Weekend breaks are for up to 3 nights, 2 nights are from £325. Call for longer breaks. Where the break includes a Saturday night the price will be reckoned according to the week in which the holiday ends, if this is in the higher price band. Start day can be flexible outside high season.

Please note that due to the thatched roof and high number of animals in the vicinity we cannot allow any bonfires or fireworks.  Pets may not be left unattended in the house.

For weekly bookings the changeover day is normally Saturday - except Christmas/New Year.

The Rental Includes:

• Accommodation for up to 8 adults plus up to 2 children sharing the Master Bedroom. A cot and folding bed are also provided for a baby and toddler. Pets are admitted by arrangement.
  
• Linen (duvets) except of cots and towels, changed weekly.
  
• Oil for central heating, electricity and solid fuel and cleaning materials.

A security deposit of £100 is required for each booking in case of damage or loss. This is returnable 14 days after the end of your holiday subject to any necessary deduction.

Under our Booking Conditions the Rental Deposit is due on booking. The balance of the Rental and the Security Deposit, are due 56 days before the holiday, or on booking if later.
